North to Alaska

It's been just a week since we left Pruth Bay, BC.  We've traveled over 350 miles north on the Inside Passage.  We've learned that the Molly Claire has pretty long legs. We can travel some 40 or 50 miles up picturesque passages and be anchored in some pretty cove by 2 or 3 in the afternoon,  Last Wednesday we set out for Prince Rupert, BC, but the day was nice and the wind and the seas relatively calm so we kept going across Dixon Entrance (our second "open to the Pacific" crossing) and on to Foggy Bay, Alaska - back in the US again.  Today we are in Ketchikan along with several thousand cruise ship passengers.  Ketchikan gets about 150" of rain a year (imagine that, Texans!) and some of it is falling now.  But I've found wifi.   Where?  Where else, at Starbucks in the Safeway.   Sooo, lucky you, here are some more pics from our travels.
